We recently got to see the sling bag in action at a bustling art opening. As we chatted with friends and colleagues, our pal Lia breezed through the door, catching everyone’s eye. There was even a brief hush as she entered the gallery space. Rolling in the chic, Lia was decked out in a white smock-like top and faux leather black pants topped with a slate-colored sling bag, worn hip to shoulder like a royal sash of merit. Frankly, Lia’s OOTD stole the show, and thanks to her bag’s strap, she was able to do it all hands-free. Balancing convo, white wine, and a cheese plate, she was even able to get some impromptu one-handed snaps of the scene. Compliments abound! After all, who doesn’t need an early-fall tonic—a lift in the wardrobe that will set you off from the crowd as a discerning peep who is as clever as fabulous?
